Milestone…..

I wanted to document a new milestone for Libby today. She actually stood up all on her own and took 4 steps. Her steps are wobbly and very slow, but she is making it. She usually just plops down and crawls because she is much faster at it, but one day that will change. I was so excited for her. I even looked at the clock so I could see the time. It was about 8:50 (am) and we were in Celie’s room playing with blocks. She just popped right up. Who knows, she could have been doing it in her crib for a while now without us knowing. No matter, this was the first time she has done it outside the safety of her mattress. YAY LIBBY!

It is funny, I actually got to see Celie stand on her own for the very first time, even though she was in daycare. We were taking her one year pictures. Libby is just a few months behind Celie, but still right on track for her age. Celie has no idea what will start happening now that Libby can get around on her feet. It should be interesting.
